I am a woman in the United States. I am 31 years old with two beautiful children, and a man I love dearly. I am hopeful that my presence here isn't offensive to anyone. If it turns out that it is I will go, as I do not mean to be intrusive.
I am here to learn, everything that I can about the culture, reasoning and thoughts. I want to learn the similarities as well as the differences. The happiness and the sadness, that comes from both cultures.
I am not of the faith, and hope that that fact alone doesn't separate us to the point where we can't learn from each other.

Me? I was born here in the U.S., my parents came here from south italy and I became Muslim just over five years ago after reading the Qur'an and learning as much as I could.
