A Decleration of War, an explanation and clarification.

First, I would like to apologize for the italics but my STUPID computer will not ALLOW me to type in anything but, and it is slightly irritating me. 


I posted a video from youtube regarding a possible war with Iran, and the US's declaration of that war. In the comments to that blog, some went so far as to call me an idiot, and were angry at me. I believe this resulted from a misunderstanding not only of my point, but of the point and message of the video makers. Furthermore, they noted that I am an American with access to a computer, correctly I might add, and were upset I didn't "vet" the story. I will try and provide enough documentary evidence to show that I am being thorough, and I care enough about the issue to provide evidence, after all it is  a command of  Allah to do so.  So here goes.


First, we must all go back and think of the events leading up to the war in Iraq. What were the steps taken before the bombs dropped? (Plus, one must interject that congress has not actually declared war  on anybody since WWII, all were police actions initiated by the president, just like Iraq). The months and months of rhetoric and accusations, hotly denied by the Iraqi government, and insisted upon by the US gov't. The accusations of WMD, support for terrorism, brutal dictatorship, anti-thetical to democracy, hostile to israel, etc. And all of shoved down the throats of Americans and the world by the American "free press". Never was the evidence critically examined, never was it asked if the information was accurate, or the reports true. The march to war was the only thing given coverage by a media more interested in ratings and less in telling the truth.


What were the results? HMMM? All lies. Pure RUBBISH. It was a story concocted by Cheney, Bush, Rove, and Co. to push a country into a war where they personally stood to gain vast wealth.


Does any of this sound familier? Doesn't it seem eerily similar to what is happening right now? The only thing we don't have is the invasion, the "shock and awe" campaign.


The US insists that iran has WMD. A claim denied by Iran. Iraq also denied this, and even provied  proof in the form of a 10,000 page document. Iran has also provided proof that they are not pursuing nuclear weapons, by allowing the IAEA in to inspect. Guess what the IAEA reported? NO WEAPONS PROGRAMS. And again, like Iraq, this information is swept aside and ignored by all four branches of the US government (the 4th being the propaganda wing, formerly known as the Free Press). Once again, pictures of people in radiation suits and yellow powder are shown, and words like 'yellow cake' are being used.


Furthermore, when the "proof" that the US provides is shown to be false, no one says a word! When it has been proven already, by Iran and the UN, that the Nuclear program is for civilian use only and that the military program was dropped in 2003, this is ignored, even by the news media, and the same accusations continue to be shouted from Washington.


Even now, Bush is preparing his next set of tricks. He realizes that the proof is not there to support the war and he now says that it is not weapons that Iran must be denied, but the know-how. Maybe I should have said, goes even further than before. Essentially what Mr. Bush is saying is that even if it were shown to everyone that Iran has no WMD (as if it hasn't been already), that would in itself not be enough to avert US wrath. Iran must never even know how. If they know how, they are a threat, and must be destroyed.

The United States continues to say that Iran is supporting and arming fighters in Iraq. When pressed for evidence, they don't refuse to provide any, they can't.


This is one of the major justifications for war, along with WMD, and again, evidence is showing these justifications to be lies. Yet, the media and certain other governments continue to paint Iran as an imminent threat to the safety and security of the world.


Then there are the 'anti-semitic' statements that are made, supposedly, by Iran's President, Ahmadinijad. They say that he calls for Israel to be "wiped off the map". Turns out, that he was calling for a regime change in Israel and in the USA, not for Israel to be annihilated. He was calling for greater governance for Palestine, whose right to exist Israel won't recognize.


Again, he is accused of denying the holocaust, and he didn't actually say this. He makes plain that it happened, but says that it is exploited by the western powers for their own imperialistic gain.


How do they get these off translations? Turns out, the us uses the 'indepenant' Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI)to translate middle eastern languages.


This company is owned my Meyrav Wurmser, the wife of one of Dick Cheney's aides (and ex-special assistant to John Bolton), David Wurmser, and and former Israeli Military Itelligence Offier, Colonel Yigal Carmen.


Did you guys catch that? So the Bin Laden tapes, Ahmadinijad tapes, etc, are ALL being translated by the white house and the government of Israel. That doesn't seem highly coincidental  to anyone else?


We saw these things lead to war in Iraq, did we not? We all saw the US bully the other countries into line, did we not? We also all saw the American Medai deliberatly help lie to us all, did we not?


And now we are seeing history repeat itself, are we not? Do we actually believe the US will act differently this time around?


Then, to top it all off are the reports starting to leak reprots that the Administration plans to attack Iran before the end of his term.

What more is necessary to make the case? it seems to me that this is all just history repeating itself. I have said myself over and over before this: "the US is not that dumb! Why would they do that?" I always thought that the United States wouldn't dare do it, considering the state of the military, but I forgot one thing. We all did: We are dealing with President George W. Bush. Idiot-Savant (minus the savant part. lol) extrordanaire. Plus, the mistakes that were made and the sin that this administration possesses over all others is leading to its downfall: PRIDE. Hubris.


My point was that one should read the links on the video, and then do a little research, and not just react so viscerally.


I myself thought that the USA would never do it, but now I am scared. No, that is wrong, not scared. Taqullah wa laa tataqun-naas, Fear Allah and don't fear man. Laa Howla wa laa Quwwata illa billah. Al-Qadar. If it is meant to be it will happen. More worried.


I am soooo scared for this Ummah. it feels like we have to sit by and watch oursleves get slaughtered. i am scared for this ummah and for the Muslims. I sti back and think of  the possible ramifications of a war and the things it could lead to, and it really worries me.


We all seriously need to get back into our relationship with ouir Rabb, for who knows what the future may bring? We need to strengthen our Iman so that we may weather the storms that are surely to precede the rainbow promised.
