What do Muslim men say about the Niqab

As Salaamu Alaikum

OK- So I was looking at either a forum or a poll - where it asked muslim men would they marry a Niqabi...

And to my shocking surprise most said "YES."

Some went on and said that it would be like a dream to have a niqabi as a wife.. while others said they would love it if there wives actually wore it but they cannot force them...It's her choice...

Now with that being said- why do some muslim women seem to have an issue about the niqab...

A good amount of muslim men supports it.

I bet if any wife  were to ask her Husband his take and personal ask him 'How would you feel about me wearing niqab... (in a perfect world)... He would be for it...

I said perfect world because some county countries etc. will talk smack about it ... some people would be mean... and even other muslims ( as we've seen on you tube) talk down about it.

So in a perfect world a women can wear it freely...

Anywho- It's nice to read hear and see muslim men supporting niqabies and they're own desire to have a wife that wears it..

MashAllah

Bismillah,

Why can't you edit blog posts? A portion of the hadith didn't make it on my last post so here is the complete hadith.

كتاب الإيمان (The Book of Faith)
No. 8 - Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet said, "Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya (This term "Haya" covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together; amongst them are self respect, modesty, bashfulness, and scruple, etc.) is a part of faith."

As salaamu alaikum,

Yes, without a doubt, I would desire for my wife to be, Allah knows best who she is,  to wear niqab.

May Allah guide our sisters to wear the khimaar and to avoid anything that is considered tabarruj. Ameen
May Allah also guide the men of this Ummah to guide their families to what is correct and to teach the girls from an early age how to cover properly. Ameen.

O you who believe! Ward off from yourselves and your families a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who disobey not, (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allâh, but do that which they are commanded. (At-Tahrim 66:6)

imagine being in an islamic country u are mostly to wear it but being in a non-muslim country and wearing it...its great..allah knws the best...the thing is i had the same problems with beard..not even from non-muslims but even from muslims but i wasnt doing it for them my cause was for the sake of allah swt so dont care what they have to say abt me.

In other words in todays society i wont let my sisters to take off their niqabs (alhamdulillah all are niqabi though)
