There are immense amount of benefit for simply reciting and listening to Qur'an. Even if you don't understand a single bit of it. But if this doesn't float your boat: You've two options. Stop going to Taraweh as you think there is no benefit in it for you. Or you can learn to understand Arabic. This will probably take you years. Meanwhile it's up to you if you want to attend non-obligatory prayer. Do whatever your heart tells you. I for one would recommand going to Taraweh even if you didn't understand a single bit of it.

I have been blessed to be Muslim for 8 years Alhamdulillah. This is the second year I have been enjoying attending Taraweeh. Like you I understood nothing my first year, but I loved hearing the Qur'an being read. It is so lovely mashallah. There are plenty of sisters who don't speak Arabic who are attending across the globe.
After taking my first year of Arabic, I still understand very little of the recitations.. but I do enjoy it a bit more. Sometimes, when I start to loose concentration I repeat "La Illaha Il'Allah" a few or even hundreds of times... Of course those are understandable words to us all... and the point is we are standing, listening and prostrating for the sake of Allah Subhana WaTa'Ala...
If you are just doing it for the blessings/good points (ahsanat/ baraka) well... then you receive that too.
Allah knows best.
