How Did This All Happen?

We are in the middle of an unknown place

And people are shouting everywhere

We are clueless and we still cannot trace

Where we came from and how we got there...

 

We are lost in a world of our own

Not knowing what to do

And, oh, how much our love has grown

Since the day we met…now it’s just me and u...

 

I asked u the same question u asked me

Do u love me the way I love u?

We got into this unexpectedly

And now we are loving a love that is true...

 

We may have thought this was a big mistake

Until we realized how love changed us in a way

Now we will do whatever it takes

To be there for each other ‘til the last day...

 

I love you so much

And I still can’t believe

That we always keep in touch

And for me u didn’t leave...

 

I adore u, ur looks, and the way u talk

I couldn’t believe that I’d have someone like this

When I am alone, I would take a long walk

To think of u, ur voice, and ur smile that I truly miss...

 

I’d imagine people saying “This isn’t true love”

I would laugh in their face and cry

People would think im crazy to love

They thought u were some random Egyptian guy...

 

I would laugh and tell them “You have nobody to love”

They would laugh in my face and hold onto their tears tight

I STILL think they have no true love

Because all I see them do together is argue and fight...

 

The good thing is

These people don’t exist

I have my friends

And they support me for this...

 

What did u do to me

And how did this happen

Now im more than just being happy

This is more than I could ever imagine...

 

We are STILL in the middle of an unknown place

People are STILL shouting everywhere

We are clueless and we still cannot trace

But now we know what to do

Now I don’t have to ask u the same question anymore

Because we both love each other…but I still love u…MORE

it IS about me man...i write a LOT about LOVE and my own life experiences...i can't write a good poem UNLESS i've been through it...it has to have happened to me or it has to be a feeling i have at that moment
