well i have only been wearing it a month so .. but i dont really go out alot n e more to really big places with a lot of people, but when i do i like go with my sisters or my mom cuz she wears one to and people do look at me weird . if you live in a nother part os the u.s it might not be the same so you should just do it when ever u feel is good for u
