Assalaamu alaikum
Jazakhallah khair for your comments on my latest Blog.   Alhamdulillah, yes, it was great but I am only just recovering from being ridden and jumped on.  All the same, can't wait for next year.

Assalamualikum,

Belated Eid Mubarak love! Hope it was amazing, inshAllah! I just noticed you were from Cicago, so I decided to comment

Asalaamu Alaikum ukhti!

Eid Mubarak to you and ur family inshAllah!!

ok, here's the recipe. I'm sorry i was late, I had to type it out myslef since I couldn't find one on the net ( google failed me! :'( lool

Bismillah,

Ok, making the batter is alot like pancakes!

2 cups of flour

2 eggs

sugar ( I'd say half a cup)

and then u mix it all up with water at first when it's thick u lighten it up with milk. ( its good to use a whisk for this process)

Now u heat ur pan up, and apply a liitle bit of oil to it.

And now when u spreading ur malawah out try and make them as thin as possible. Then when it's all dry on the top ( u won't see bubbles)  u apply some butter or oil to the top, just spread it. And try not to use all of it or it'll just be all oily.

and then u flip it. And wait a little bit and flip it off the pan on to ur plate! :)

And if u want cruchy sides, u can apply oil to it's sides.

Lol, I totally suck at giving instructions, I hope u get what I'm saying, lol

If something still not clear, hit me up inshAllah!!

wasalaam
