I love fashion, shopping, music (esp rock) Iron Maiden rules! (reducing it gradually - with the advice of a friend..*wink*), into nasheeds more now, such as sami yusuf,ahmed bukhatir, oh and the beautiful quranic recitations by Mishary Al Rashid Al-fasi and Fahd al-kanderi, reading, writing, oh and yesss cooking, and children...Btw, recently, thanks to my friend Josiah *wink*, im hooked with Sheikh Yusuf Estes's videos...Very interesting and full of depth.

Oh n heyy people, i love watching 'Planet Earth' documentaries...masya Allah...how fabulous His creations are!

I also have a nephew i m so attached with that i dream of him whenever i misses him!
I adore people who have the finest etiquette, who respects others inspite of status and age.We are all equal...such a simple statement, but it tend to slip off our minds often..

Dislikes
I dislike people who think their self-righteous by labelling others as bad (ironic isnt it? thats not righteous anymore..) Back-biting, gossips, bad-mouthing (hey wake up people, are you perfect??!)

Bottomline, i dislike people who look down on others...i believe we must ALWAYS remember even when someone is obviously wrong or bad, that person could still be better than you in an area that isnt obvious to you. Thus, everbody's not PERFECT and respect an individual for who he/she is.

Books
Some of my favourite books, "Familiar Strangers" by Gotham Chopra, "The Shadow of Desire" by Rebecca Stowe, "Where Rainbow End" by Cecila Ahern, "Mitten Strings For God" by Katrina Kenison, and currently im reading an EXCELLENT book which i recommend everyone to read is "Purification of the Heart" by Hamza Yusuf (a man i look up to and truly admire)

Oh people please...Islamica Magazine is a must-read! im hooked n addicted to it immediately..Poems by Daniel Abdal-Hayy Moore are BEAUTIFUL!!!

I also love Iron Maiden, Soundgarden, Alice In Chain, Pearl Jam, (old) Metallica..etc...Apart from rock, i am also into Lenny Kravitz, Erykah Badu, Nouvelle Vague, Radiohead, Coldplay..etc, etc...As you can see im a music lover.."Life without music, is like a body without a soul"..But then again...im really trying my best to gradually reduce my interest in unislamic music n songs...;) ain't easy but im trying!

OH MY GOD!! Im SOOO addicted to this excellent tv prog "Live from Abbey Road"...James Morrison is such a gifted singer!!!
