I hate writing about myself but here goes nothing. Just moved to Boston and quite frankly, I have a love hate relationship with the place. I love the ocean and the fact that I live 2 miles from it. I love the fact that there is a halal store a mile from my house and I have good people living near me.
I'm looking for a job in IT. If you know of any in the Boston area or NYC (I would love to go back there but I need a def. job), let me know.
I'm a mix of east and west, but please don't call me westernized;) I am not into any of the scenes going on for single people so I spend much time alone reading Koran, Islamic books, and computer books. But I do like to go out for walks, to be one with nature (as long as there are no snakes involved:), sports (looking for all girl sports so any muslimahs interested?), cooking, video games, and relaxing doing nothing. Love travelling and have been to Europe and the middle east is on my list of travel spots next time I get some money and vacation time.
I love the middle east and its people. I like the preservation of traditional life there but still remaining somewhat tolerent. YOu touch my falafel and I'll bite your hand off;) I love Amr DIab even though I do not understand anything beyond the word "habibi":)
I am trying to teach myself arabic though. And starting with memorizing suras of the Koran.
Looking to meet friends mostly. But if you happen to be a genuine, religious, middle eastern guy or know of one, bring it on:)
