Surely all Praises are due to Allah, we praise Him, seek His assistance, and ask His forgiveness. And we seek refuge in Allah from the evil of ourselves and the wickednous deeds. Verily whomever Allah guides there is to take him astray; and whomever Allah allows to stray, there is none to guide. I bear witness that there is nothing worthy of worship but Allah, He is One and has no partners; and I bear witness that Muhammad (saw) is His servant and last Messenger. May Allah send His blessing and peace to Muhammad, his companions, family and all those who call to his way and establish the Sunnah till the Day of Judgement. The body acquires energy from a wide range of foods and drink, in a similar manner, the soul is fortified and acquires excellent condition through different kinds of worship and good deeds. Allah SWT says in Surah Shams, verse 7 to 9: "By the soul and Him that moulded it and inspired it with the knowledge of sin and piety: blessed shall be the man who has kept it pure."

As a matter of fact, one of the best things we can do as Muslims is to give Sadaqah.
