im having the same issues as before, but Im trying to lighten up with everything a little bit..Ive noticed its easier to have self control when I dont make everything a dramatic mess, if that makes sense...its like, the less I make a big deal about it, the less I feel I want to do it....which is interesting...the mind is a very odd thing...
