Asalamu alaikum, I don't know if you've had any exposure to nursing homes, hospitals, doctor's offices, or anyone who has been to one of those facilities, but there is a serious national outbreak of c-dif going on- this is not like some spinach type exposure, but rather an outbreak like the flu. Check webmd for details, but early symptoms include gastrointestinal and digestive upset, that can start like a flu, and progress slowly over time. The bacteria is carried on the hands, and can remain alive for up to two weeks on any given surface. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly, avoid body fluids etc, and if you're not better in a week to two weeks, be sure to see a doctor. Fasting should not be having this effect on you, and if it is not c-dif, it is most probably a virus. Remember to stay hydrated, and if you aren't keen on stomach aids, try sipping peppermint tea with minimal honey or sugar, and avoid irritants like spicy food, acidic foods like tomatoes and vinegar, caffeine, and greasy foods. Do take care, Allah hafiz, and may Allah swt cure your tummy problems quickly :) ameen
