As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Akhawaat!!
Heritages: African American
Languages: English
Job: Student-College/University
About Me:
I am a sister, which means: MEN TURN AWAY!!! I'm 25, I live in Chicago, I was born and bred in Maryland though. BIG east coast. I miss it, but I'm chilling in the midwest now. I am Salafi, don't let that scare you, because its nothing wrong with following the Sunnah with no additions nor subtractions. I am married, I have 1 daughter, she will be four this month insha Allah. I am also a student, my major is Spanish, and my goal is to translate books of the 'ulema from Arabic to Spanish, insha Allah.
Hobbies:
I am here to call to the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, sal Allahu alehe was salaam. I was guided to Islam over 5 years ago, alhamdulillah, and what type of gratitude to Allah would I be showing if I didn't call to The Haqq? I love meeting new people, so get at me sisters!!
Movies:
I enjoy movies or documentaries that teach me about other cultures. I recently saw End of the Spear, and it gave me some insight to how the Native Ecuadorians lived, before the Christian missionaries came to give them "a better life".
Books:
Al-Qur'an. Riyad us Saliheen. Bulugh Al-Maram. Methodology of the Saved Sect. Diseases of the Hearts and Their Cures (Ibn Taymiyah).
Music:
Well of course, the Qur'an. I also like lectures by Fareed 'Abdullah, Dawood Adeeb and Abu Khadijah.

The Prophet (Pbuh) said, "The marriage which produces most blessing is that which involves least burden." (Al-Tirmidhi 925 Narrator Aisha)
Allah's Messenger (Pbuh) said, "You have seen nothing like marriage for increasing the love of two people.' (Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 921 Narrator Abdullah ibn Abbas)
