Al hamdulillaah, I really like the simple things in life..

1. The fact that Allaah has guided me to islaam..
2. that Allaah has guided me to Salafiyaah.
3. That Allaah has blessed me to be able to have children, I am on my 8th..

4. All 7 of my beautiful muslim children.. May Allaah guide them and protect them from the fitnah of themsleves of of others.. Ameen

5. My muslim sisters that have proven to be a source of comfort and encouragement to me.. May Allaah reward you all.. Ameen

6. The smell after it rains..

7. The beauty of wild flowers..

8. The taste of fresh fruit.. This always reminds me of Allaah.. Because man could never create something so natural and perfect as fruit.

9. the Quraanic recitation of Fahad Kandari.. it gives me chills!

10. Seeing pictures/video of Mecca.. Of the unity of the muslims..

Dislikes

LOL!! Far too many to name.. But ok!! Since you asked!

1. Men who make stupid comments about me wearing niqaab. Knowing, they wouldnt DARE say anything if my husband was with me.

2. People who get their understanding of Islaam from CNN, and other Propaganda puppets. And think all of a sudden they are experts on Muslims.

3.REALLY overweight women dressed in spandex, who have the NERVE to comment on how I look.. And what I am wearing..!!

4. People asking me when I have my children with me, and during pregnancy(like 8th month) am I a Nun..?? I started actually saying yes!! Thought it would make them think twice about becoming catholic.. Think of how many young boys I may have saved with this answer..

5. people asking me, "if your not a Nun, what are you?" My answer?? "I am a some" Obviously!! If I am pregnant at the time of them asking, surrounded by children grabbing on me screaming Mommie!!

6. Brusslesprouts... Gag!! Yuck!! The best part of growing up, is having the choice to never eat them again!!

7. People who while driving pull out in front of me, only to drive SLOW!!! ( a friend once told me a good way to learn patience, is to get behind a slow driver and stay there.. Obviously I couldnt take it.. And thus, I am STILL striving to learn patience.)

8.Women who tell me, I shouldnt wear niqaab.. Because I am too beautiful!! yeah, they actually say that!!

9. Bad tasting food.. Including but not limited to, over cooked rice, over cooked pasta, bland foods etc.

10.Women that dont study for themselves!! Everything they say is, " my husband said this is bidaa, my husband said this is haraam, my husband said, my husband said..." Sister!! Get off your butt and read for yourself!!

Ok, I could go on forever.. But I will spare you of further reading..
