Shahada

I cannot begin to express the peace that seems to have filled my soul since I've become Muslim. I cry when I pray, tears of joy, because I know Allah hears me. I know Allah has given me peace.

I expressed my reversion to my mother, who I adore, and her only concern was I would be harrassed in airports or no longer be american. After some conversation, she said she would support me no matter what I did. I adore my mother. I was quite worried after some of the stories I have read here, and heard through my husband.
