your blog child support i think you have valid points and i like poetry wish i could do it myself but it gets hard to hear that we focus on the negative just like i did when i responed to your blog (sorry) but check this out sometime i feel that women love to complain and not take a good inner look at self (okay you right men do it too). i am really looking to see my strong black women step up and take account how we all contribute to this sick divoce rate that is going on in our community. some of us think that when we become muslim that we automaticly get rid of all the ill that we had before islam yes you are forgiven for that old stuff but you got to work to get rid of those bad habits. look let men be men and maybe we will step up to that image that you think we should be or maybe the image that you had in your head was one that no one should have to live up too anyway (on that you have to check yourself). if you were commited to a family and you are a muslim then you will do what it take to keep your family together belive me men do it too. come home she dont try to look good for you any more, you make more money then when you first got married and it still its not enough, she dont want to have more kids or at least not with you, if you take a second wife she says i will divorce you what about islam, islam, islam love you sis for the sake of Allah but you cant make jr a man by publicly tearing down his father because you are showing him what to expect from a man and what you ultimatly think of him as a man (willey lench read it) you are strong, capable, the mother of the next genaration of men. dont let any one tell you differnt as salaamu alikum
