My name is Zakiya Amirah Shabazzz, I am a College Student and I will be attending Law school next Fall ( Insha Allah). I am currently trying to find myself in Islam. My mother converted to Islam when I was around two years old and honestly I feel as if I just go through the motions sometimes. I do no wear hijab, and only wear a scarf sometims, I feel as if hijab is something that I do for Allah, not for man. I also feel as if it is something that requires a huge amount of religious commitment, and a relationship leval that I have not yet reached.
