* My page is only for the purpose of da'wah, so I would like that all comments and questions be related to the material on my page. Baarakallaahu-feekum!

I am a young Muslim man who is trying to draw closer to Allaah by learning His deen, putting it into practice, and by doing good towards others.

I know that I have been created to worship Allaah (alone), and I know that there is only one way to Allaah, and that is the sunnah of the final Messenger Muhammad ('alaihis-salaam)

It has been thirteen and a half years since I first uttered the words "I bear witness that there is no god (worthy of worship) besides Allaah, and that Muhammad is his slave and messenger." Prior to my reversion to Islaam, I was a lost Christian.

I am happily married to Muslimah1994, who is not only my wife, but she is my companion and best friend-say maasha-Allaah

I am also the father of a Maryam and a Na'eemah-say masha-Allaah

I love to read the book of Allaah, and the books of Hadeeth (including those that explain them.)There is nothing like memorizing a chapter or verse of the Quraan, and then learning its meaning.

I love to read the books of the scolars, and listen to their recorded lessons.

I love to accompany people of deen.

I love to learn about Allaah's names and attributes, as this increases one's imaan, and one's awe for Allaah, lord of all that exists. It is not possible to worship Allaah correctly while remaining ignorant of His names and attributes.

I love to learn the sunnah of Allaah's messenger ('alaihis-salaam), as this increases my love for him (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), and loving him is from faith.

I love to listen to the recitation of those who recite the book of Allaah with its rightful recitation, which includes reciting it according to the rules of tajweed.

I love to meet the Muslims (in general), and especially those who are upon the sunnah, because the people of Sunnah are few.

I do not like that others be worshipped besides Allaah. I dislike disbelief and its various types. I dislike innovation in matters of deen.

I do not like the "blame worthy" taqleed (blind following)

I dislike those who are upon misguidance, in a manner that is in accordance to how far they are away from the truth. Just as misguidance is of various degrees, so are its people.

I do not like pretenders, nor do I like those who show off
I love to listen to the audio lessons of Imaam muhammad naasiruddeen al-Albaanee (rahimahullaah), e.g. Silsilatun-Nur wal-hudaa

I love to listen to the recorded explanation of saheeh Muslim by the noble shaykh Mashhoor Hasan Salmaan (may Allaah preserve him).

I love to listen shaykh Abal-Haarith, 'Alee Hasan al-Halabee, who accompanied shaykh al-Albaanee for twenty-three years.

I love to listen to shaykh 'Abdur-Razzaaq ibn 'Abdul-Muhsen al-'Abbaad

I love to listen to shaykh Khaalid al-'Anbaree, and others
I love to watch, and listen to the lectures of the scholars from the website,

-I love (and recommend)the book entitled, THE PROPHET'S PRAYER DESCRIBED, FROM THE INITIAL TAKBEER TO THE TASLEEM, AS IF YOU ARE SEEING IT, by the reviver of the sunnah, Muhammad naasiruddeen al-albaanee (rahimahullaah)

One of my favorites is the book entitled, AL-QAWLUL-MUBEEN, FEE AKHTA AL MUSALLEEN (THE DECISIVE WORD REGARDING THE COMMON MISTAKES DONE IN THE PRAYER. This book was written by the noble shaykh, Mashhoor Hasan Salmaan.

*Imaam ibn al-Qayyin said about Allaah's names ar-Rahmaan and ar-Raheem,
"Anyone who contemplates these two names will know that they neccessitate the sending of the messengers and the revealing of the books, more than they neccessitate the sending of rain, which after mixing with the earth-brings forth fruits and vegetables. This is because the rain, fruits, and vegetables give life to the body, whereas that which the messengers came with with gives life to the hearts." Madaarijus-Saalikeen

Ibraaheem al-Khawwaas - rahimahullaahu ta’aala - said:

“The cure for the hearts is in five things: reciting the Qur‘aan with reflection and contemplation; emptying the stomach (i.e. frequent fasting); praying at night; humbling oneself in the early hours of the morning; and being in the company of the saaliheen (righteous).”

As salamu'alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh,A short reminder for verily reminding benefits the believers.Thinking Ahead for Prayer Abû Al-Dardâ’ – Allah be pleased with him – said: It is from a person’s knowledge and understanding that he sees to his needs first in order to turn to his prayer with a heart free of distractions. Take the Quran

Abu Al-'Âliyah reports that a man once asked 'Ubay b. Ka'b – Allah be pleased with him – for advice. He said:

Take the Book of Allah as your leader (imâm) and be pleased with it as a judge and ruler. It is what your Messenger left amongst you. It will be an intercessor for you. It is to be obeyed. It is a witness never doubted. In it is a mention of you and those before you, and judgment for whatever happens amongst you. And in it is news about you and whatever will come after you.

Al-Dhahabî in Siyar A'lâm Al-Nubalâ', in the biography of 'Ubay b. Ka'b

Salaams just a little somethin to help us out.

Son, have you put it into practice?

'Atâ' narrates that there used to be a young man who used to go to Mother of the Believers 'Â'ishah to ask her questions and she would narrate to him. One day, he came to her to ask her some questions. She said, "Son, have you put into practice what you hear from me yet?" He replied, "No mother, I have not." So she said, "Son, why do you them seek to increase Allah's proof against us and you?!"
